Our Refund and Returns Policy ensures a simple, transparent, and fair process in case you need to return or exchange a product.

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns for most new, unopened, and unused Motorola radios and accessories within 30 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return:

  • The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

  • All accessories, manuals, and documentation must be included.

  • Proof of purchase (such as order confirmation or invoice) is required.

⚠️ Note: Customized, programmed, or special-order radios cannot be returned or refunded, unless they arrive defective or damaged.


2. Return Process

To start a return:

  1. Contact our support team at premiermotorolaradios@gmail.com within 30 days of receiving your order.

  2. Include your order number, the reason for the return, and clear photos (if applicable).

  3. Our team will review your request and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.

Please do not ship items back without an RMA number — they may not be processed.


3. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except when the product is defective, damaged, or the wrong item was shipped.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service and keeping proof of postage.

  • Premier Motorola Radios is not responsible for lost or undelivered return shipments.


4. Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund approval or rejection.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Refunds may be partially deducted if:

  • The product shows signs of use or wear.

  • Packaging or accessories are missing.

  • Return shipping was not prepaid in eligible cases.


5. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
If you need an exchange for the same product, email us at premiermotorolaradios@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your item.

We’ll arrange for a replacement unit or provide store credit toward another purchase.


6. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Custom-programmed or software-configured radios

  • Special-order items or bulk orders

  • Downloadable digital content or software licenses

  • Gift cards and promotional items

  • Items returned after 30 days from delivery


7. Damaged or Defective Products

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us within 7 days of delivery.
Send clear photos of the product and packaging to premiermotorolaradios@gmail.com.

We will:

  • Replace the item at no extra cost, or

  • Offer a full refund (including shipping)

We take product quality seriously and work directly with trusted Motorola suppliers to ensure every unit meets strict performance standards.


8. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account or card statement again.

  2. Contact your payment provider  some banks take extra time to process refunds.

  3. If you’ve done all of this and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at premiermotorolaradios@gmail.com.


9. International Returns

For international orders, please contact us before returning any item.
Customers are responsible for customs fees, import duties, or taxes on returned products, unless the item is defective or incorrectly shipped.
